Wish your bars were closer to you, or wider or narrower, or maybe you have a radical idea. Well if you can dream it we can build it. From the everyday adjustments to the exotic creations and bars both for our climax internal hand controls or for stock hand controls.
We can custom bulid anything from mild to wild. The best way to ensure a perfect fit is to mock up something on the bike, and send it to us to copy. Mock ups have ranged from PVC, to all thread rod, to electrical conduit. You can also send in a pair of your favorite bars for us to duplicate.

Custom Handlebar Dimention Sheet
This sheet is to be used as a reference for our handlebar dimensions. As you can see in the illustration to the left, measurements are taken at 0 degrees, as if the bars were "mounted" to a flat surface/tabletop.
"H1" measurement is the height to the tip of the grip
"H2" measurement is the height to the center-line of the bar
Pullback "p/b" is measured from the center-line between the risers to the grip tip
Width is from grip-tip to grip-tip
There are many variables when selecting handlebars: bike geometry, tank position on back-bone, rake, etc... it is up to you to make sure that the bars you like will work on your bike. Rest assured - our production bars are designed to be universal in fitment, we want them to fit on as many bike types as possible.
